Giacomo led the design for the website harmonization and a post-login area, creating unified experiences for farmers across multiple markets in the EMEA region.

On bayers journey to become more user-centric, they wanted to harmonize and improve on the existing crop science websites across the EMEA market. After rigorous research, wireframing, user testing and designing a vison for the new website took shape. But the project goes way beyond a website; A playbook was created to educate the courtries representatives on how to approach their online presence. The comprehensive guide included everything from sales funnels to content strategy.

Workshop with squads members from all around EMEA
Only through extensive collaboration in workshops and regular rituals with competence specific squads and country representatives, was it possible to get consider everyones needs and reach alignment.
